DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Where is my order?

All UK deliveries take between 2-5 working days.  All other European deliveries outside the UK,  take between 4-7 working days.  International deliveries take 14 days+.

It has been outside of the timescale advised and I still have not received my order?

If you have not received your order and it has been outside of the timescale, usually we will endeavour to contact each customer to explain the reason for the delay, sometimes there may be reasons outside our control. E.g. Customs Clearence. If you would like more information regarding the whereabouts of your order then please contact us via email astrofunkboutique@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours with an update on the status of your order.

I want to order an item but I am not too sure if it will get to me in time and I would like to know if it can be made any quicker?

If you would like an item quicker than the advised timescale, please send us an email with the details and we will be able to confirm if this is possible. Sometimes we are able to expedite the shipping or be able to process this on a faster scale for you.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase. We can also exchange the item for another size or colour if needed.
